February was warmer than January, but not by much, and February was definitely wetter than January, with 2.67 inches of rain for the month. This gives Toquerville 2.71 inches total for the year so far, a very good start to the water year.
The groundhog says it's going to be an early spring, but we might have already missed that opportunity. Spring looks to be about normal, however.
Toquerville gained a full hour of daylight during the month of February.
